Great location, beautiful place

It was not entirely clean when we checked in, I found a hair on the pillows, and the plates in the cabinet were not completely clean

Location, sea, nature, swimming pool, cozy spacious room. Without any problems, we extended the complementary check-out at 14.00.

No breakfast, no kettle in the room, not enough cleaning products. I had to ask. No tea, coffee. There are no sun loungers!!!

Very comfortable hotel. Value for money. It was quite quiet, the windows overlooked the pool. In general, a very comfortable area, very compact, but comfortable. Close to the sea. Rooms with fairly recent renovation

The cleaning was not always up to par; sometimes it was necessary to ask for a better cleaning or change the linen on time. The kitchen does not have enough cutlery or a proper frying pan. There is no small bedside light in the bedroom, which was very inconvenient when my husband was sleeping and wanted to read

Hotel Neptune is located near the Black Sea coast. We took a two-room suite - everything was fine, we felt comfortable. The room has 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. There is a swimming pool, warm. Breakfast can be taken in a cafe from the hotel, but there, like in all coastal cafes, the price tag is too high, we went to the White House cafe (10 minutes from the hotel)

I liked everything. But the situation with cleaning was not always clear; people forgot to press the special button to call cleaning. Well, I would also like the reception to be more talkative, they don’t ask anything, they’re not interested in anything.
